I feel like I can find five shots today and probably five shots every day (to shave off her score). That's the way I look at things. I try to make a perfect round. I left a lot of strokes out there. |
I feel like I hit the ball pretty well, actually, ... I feel like I left a few strokes out there, but I drove (the ball) well, hit good iron shots, putted well (and) just felt connected. |
I feel like I've been everywhere, |
I feel like I've been playing so well the last couple of weeks, ... I knew coming in here I had a chance to win this event for the fifth time. I've had it in the back of my mind. It only happens maybe once, so you have to take advantage of it. |
I felt good coming into the round. I was hitting the ball really well. I didn't really get off to the start I had in mind. I had difficulty scoring and then on the back nine, the wind picked up and it got really difficult. |
I felt pressure all week, but I was able to control my nerves and make some birdies when I needed to. To come here and do something like this is very gratifying. |
I felt really good about my game, but you never know until you come out here and start putting your score together. |
I finally made some birdies at the par fives so that was mission accomplished and tomorrow is going to be a big day. |
I finished a lot better than yesterday. |
I finished a lot better than yesterday. The previous two days, I haven't made anything, and I missed little putts. It really leaves a sour taste in your mouth, especially when I feel like I'm playing go well. |
I finished good down the stretch today as I did Thursday. I must say I played well today, I couldn't really get it going at all. I had three three-putts, but it's funny because I feel like I'm putting well. |
I finished good down the stretch today, as I did yesterday. (On No. 18), I had to get it up and hope it landed softly. I've been working a lot on my bunker shots this winter, so I feel good about it. ... It would have been really hard if I were in the rough. I was glad I was in the bunker. |
I finished with a birdie, so I think I'll leave this place with a smile, ... This was the first time I played here in the morning. The greens were a lot smoother and in great shape. It's too bad I had only four holes (to play Monday). |
I had 128 yards to the front of the green, which is normally a pitching wedge. I used an 8-iron and a sand wedge to get on the green. |
I had a lot of chances. I'm just not converting anything and when you don't, then you're making mistakes and walking away with bogey. So it's very frustrating and that's kind of how I feel like it's been the last month or so. |
