Everything is pretty much in place. There are only a few last-minute details to work out. But we are ready for prime time on Wednesday.

Hiring is pretty good in the area right now. But we're likely to see a 30 to 40, even 50 percent increase in the hires of workers come the spring and summer.

It's very much noticeable at the site ? the worker's involvement. They're voicing their opinions all the time and that's exactly what we want.

Most of the guys recognize this is like staring a new business ? we need time. And, it's not a great time to start a business for workers because there's not a lot of work due to the weather.

This is definitely as much business as we have ever seen.

We feel the courts in the end will see it our way, but we have to let that process go through.

We've had people from all over come and get jobs ... we've had students come and find jobs on spring break. It's definitely open to anyone who wants to get a job, just in our case most of the people who attend and participate in the center are Hispanic migrants.
