Without being involved, I would not be the person I am today. I've had the opportunity to meet a number of great people. Some have become very close friends of mine. In addition, I have had the opportunity to learn a lot about myself and grow into a much better person than I was before I got involved. |
| I'm blessed more then anything. I was blessed with the type of personality that forces me to be organized. I know what I need to do during a day and how much time I have to do it, so I'll come up with a schedule based off of that. |
| Seeing everything that we had worked for and, in many cases, fought for be put into motion and be successful - that was my favorite part. Some days have been better then others. At times, everything seemed to be going along fine, and then others, I felt like I reached my breaking point. With all of that being said, I enjoyed nearly every minute of it and wish there was a way to do it all again. |
| They were there not because of a comedy show or concert. They came because of politics, and that is what our organization tries to do ... raise the level of debate. I think we were very successful that day. |
| Working with the College Democrats has been a constant learning experience. Without that organization, I would have never been exposed to student leadership, so it served as a spring board to do other things that have benefited even more students. |
