We let our guys have fun and they handle themselves pretty well.

We have what we call a 24-hour rule. If you win a game, you have 24 hours to enjoy it. If you lose, you have 24 hours to get over the disappointment and go on to the next thing. We're excited to be here.

I told the team there's a lot worse places to go than San Francisco. It's historical. It's something they'll remember the rest of their lives.

They executed very well I thought. They did a great job of execution. We didn't do a good job of getting people in the right spots to defend like we needed to do.

We appreciate the contributions of David Wilson and Tommie Robinson the last four years. They have been a big part of four winning seasons and four bowl games.

Those of you who were on the media conference call a few weeks ago might remember that I said that playing this game at SBC Park, the home of the Giants, is very appropriate with the size of Utah's team. After going over to Alcatraz on the boat with those guys yesterday, I haven't changed my opinion.

You can't worry about that kind of stuff. The bottom line is does a guy fit your program. How does he fit the profile for some recruiting group out there is irrelevant. It's whether they fit your program, and can they help you win.

We hope to get some relief next year. We'll see how it goes.

I am really anxious to see what this young man can become. He has a great deal of talent right now but I think his potential is outstanding.

Two areas where we felt like we needed to make some headway with quality were receiver and linebacker, and we felt like we did very well in both those areas. And you can never have enough good defensive backs.

If you don't build on speed you're going to make a mistake in this conference because there are so many fast teams. We used to go for size. Size used to be it. Now it's strictly speed and football savvy.
