After the season, ... when you stop and look at the numbers and look at everything, I'm not going to lie and say it didn't surprise me [not to make the Pro Bowl]. After it was all over and I stopped to look at it. I said, 'Damn.' But I guess that goes to show that I'm still not respected, and people have formed a certain opinion about me. Now I'm a one-year wonder. That's why I keep working. |
Gibbs made a decision. We have to stick with it and try to win games. Change happens. |
He's turned his life around. He's been a more positive guy. He's been a great role model on the field. |

We couldn't get a play called in the defensive huddle either. We're going, 'What? What?' But that's what you want, the 12th man. You want teams to hate coming here to play us. |
We've got to get this fixed. We have to put the fire out. Every team has got a big play on us every week going back to the Seattle game. It starts today. That's the last one. We can't give up any more big plays like that. |
When I left New York I had a lot to prove, ... and I've still got a lot to prove. Each day I've got to prove something. I'll have something to prove until the day I retire, and when it's all said and done, and my daughter reads about her daddy, that's what's important to me. Nothing else. |
When I signed here, all I ever heard was I was overpaid, that I was an underachiever, |
