At ISU, we provide more opportunities for our scholars to further their education and to become the best teachers that they can possibly be. |
Katie Hogan, a teaching scholar, and Mary Farmer, our fellow and an award-winning teacher from Illinois, will discuss what they think future teachers should know and things you won't learn in class. |
We do receive some financial assistance, but the aspect that makes Golden Apple Scholars so different from other scholarship programs is that we commit our four summers of college to teaching in Chicago and gaining experience. |
We really want to expand as an RSO and help the community. |
