What I mainly do during the spring is spend time with our young players. I help them with their hitting and I instruct the outfielders. Working with the young guys is something I really enjoy. I'm trying to help them improve as baseball players. I'm also trying to help mentor them. I want them to avoid making the same mistakes that I've made.
