Baby I Love Your Way. |
During overdubs, I'd pick up whatever looked interesting at the moment or whichever guitar I hadn't played yet. I like having such a broad palette to dip into. |
Everyone's stunned when they see me all done up in some kind of costume, but they never ask what i'm hiding...I'm not creating a person that I'm not. I'm just amplifying a part of me. |
I grew up listening to albums by Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin and Jimi Hendrix, and they all worked on that multi-layered level. |
I have never been sexually aroused by a man. But I have yet to kiss Johnny Depp, so you never know. |
I mean the truck can get replaced. But our little family member, it's like having a child. You don't get that back. |
I think if there's a vacancy like that, hopefully it will make bands get more creative, and turn up, as they did in the old days, in empty warehouses and just impromptu showcases that are word-of-mouth and flyer-oriented, ... Hopefully it can be a good thing. But I'll miss that place. |

Not only did I get to hear some great rock songs every week, but I got to know all the guys in INXS and all the singers and hang out with them a lot, ... I made some really great friends, and I also got to be a part of helping some artists reach out and touch their dreams. Whether or not they won the show wasn't the point; the point was they got to do their craft in front of millions of people. [INXS are] going to be members of my musical family forever, and hopefully I'll be the same for them. |
The beautiful thing about CBGB is that I don't have a single memory from that place, ... But I think it was amazing. |
