I recognize that there's some concern that we're getting in the way of free commerce - that if Uncle Joe wants to sell his ticket to some guy, and he makes $10 on the sale, what's the problem with that? That's the hard part. That's the innocent aspect to what happens - but then there's the more criminal aspect of abusing people and frankly taking advantage of people. |

What they're doing is they're scalping tickets and then mixing in these very authentic-looking tickets that are actually fakes. The scalping is a vehicle to disseminate the fake tickets. |
