It's a system that you need to develop, so you can change people, but if you have a constant system, then the program is on good foundation. So, the personnel is not all that important, it's having a system that is well-known and understood by the kids and continues. That's what's important. |
Once they have that down, even if the coach changes, and somebody else comes in, it's that same system that they're going to play. So those kids, once they become juniors and seniors, they would have been playing that system for three or four years. |
They're a little bit discouraged by the fact that they conceded that goal so early in the second half. I think at that point, the writing was on the wall. |
