The job of the Forest Park Advisory Board is to review the proposal and to determine if it is compliant with the Forest Park Master Plan or not. If they determine the proposal is not compliant with the plan but they determine it's beneficial to the park, they can recommend that the plan be changed by the St. Louis Planning Commission . |

We plan on using a portion of those proceeds, $1.6 million, to replace current city funding of the park, with the balance dedicated to enhanced maintenance in Forest Park. Basically, the $2.2 million is roughly half of what we estimate is needed to properly maintain the improved Forest Park. |
