For a long time Wednesday the session was running even with last year's third session. The end of the session helped.

There was a very international contingent of buyers here from Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, South America, and Mexico. These countries, in conjunction with the Kentucky Thoroughbred Association, have made an effort to visit as part of an emerging markets initiative. We are building relationships with horsemen in these markets, and they are coming to central Kentucky because it is the horse capital of the world.

There's really not much to say. We're just closing out the sale. There are 94 outs Monday so we should be done early.

These people (selling) have a lot of money invested in these horses, and it is what it is.

We also did our normal direct marketing to trainers in Florida, Arkansas, and California.

We are using new technologies to conveniently deliver information directly to buyers. For the first time, horsemen can watch the 2-year-olds perform under tack in real time from any corner of the world in which they're doing business.
