We're in charge of our own fate. So it's up to us to continue to play and get this thing done. |
We're just going to go ahead and play him and see where he's at. |
We're not playing well. It's a miracle we have the best record in the West. |
We're still searching and trying to get to the level we were last year. We're not there yet, obviously, but we're finding ways to win and it's always fun to win on the road so we feel good about that. |

We're very pleased that they've taken on a defensive personality and realize that making stops and rebounding are going to be real important to our success, ... They're really sharing the ball, turning from an All-Star team into a basketball team, and that's been [Brown's] emphasis -- turning them into a team that realizes on the right and on the left is another guy who's as good or better. |

We've had problems in back-to-backs -- they've been tough on us. I'm very concerned. |
Well, we won a basketball game. They helped us out because they were undermanned. They played more aggressively than we did. They executed better. They were sharper. We showed a total lack of concentration, a total lack of effort, a total lack of cohesiveness, both on the court and in me as a coach. |
What people say doesn't matter. The game is what matters. We played very well in the first half. They played just as well in the second half. All we did is what we're supposed to do. They kicked our butts the last game we played them. They'll come back. |
When I came down to St. Croix to see Timmy eight or nine years ago, nobody said a word to me (about driving on the left side), ... I got my rental car and I went out on the road, and I was gesticulating at like 10 people before I realized I was the jerk. |

Who knows? Maybe the sitting around, maybe the hype, maybe it was the layoff. But we got better as the game went along. |
Winning on the road is really sweet. It's the most fun in the league as far as I'm concerned. It's always tough and it helps your team come together. |
With Dallas, it's just fun to watch Avery transform a team, philosophically, into a team that can win with offense or defense. They've won a lot of games that they wouldn't have won in the past because they didn't stop anybody. |
