I sure hope it's not a lack of training, because that says stores don't value the customer anymore. I don't think that's the case. Maybe it's the way this generation of employee is being brought up. |
I was completely ignored by the employees, no one helped when I asked and when I shared my experience with the manager ? telling him I'd never shop there again ? I got an 'I really don't care' look. |
