I think the kids are gonna be gun ho for that one. But I just hope they aren't thinking about that and underestimating Ocean.

They are loaded, but I think we can take at least seven (matches). A lot will depend on who wins the toss and where (Ocean junior Kyle) Kiss goes.

The kids have been wrestling great these last four matches.

We kept telling them after Voorhees (which South Plainfield destroyed 60-4 in the North 2 Group III final on Thursday) that it was Ocean first, then High Point.

Hunt set the table. That was pure conditioning there. He's by far our hardest worker. He stays after practice, works on his feet. He waited for his shot.

He looked like he was asleep for awhile.

Obviously, as a three-time state champion, he's at a level that is above anybody else. With Jimmy, I think he's really close, but a lot has to do with confidence. When he took a shot at him, he (Conroy) took him down. He needs to have a little more confidence and let it fly. Nobody expected (Bryan) Hunt to beat (Ryan) Wilson.

If he went 119 (Grey) he could've won. If he went 130, same thing.

We're always looking to advance as many as we can. We're happy with nine, I feel bad for Sammy (Martin) and Preston (Johnson). It would have been nice for those to get those kids, too. But nine isn't bad. We'd take those numbers any time. Ever since the sectionals, the kids have been wrestling well. I just hope we keep it going.
