The biggest play of his career.

The difference between me and a lot of my friends who never left the 'hood' were my parents. Both were hard on me. They were strict. They made sure I did things right.

The guys always remind me of that. I wasn't ready. I think it was more physical but that was a long time ago. I learned a lot. That was the first time ever in my career in any sport that a lot of finger pointing came my way. Coach Cowher took me out of the game and that was something new for me but that woke me up. That day probably made me become a professional.

The people are similar, and they're both hard-nosed cities. People are not afraid to tell you what time it is, voicing their opinion. If you're driving and you cut somebody off on the highway, just like in Pittsburgh, they'll let you know.

They might not think that this guy is very intelligent.

They showed us today why they're the champs.

This defense could be one of the best you've seen. For a long time.

Through high school, college I've always been known as a heady football player. (At Michigan) we ran a very NFL-style defense and my defensive coordinator and linebacker coach (Jim) Herrmann threw a lot at us. He made me a student of the game and made me think and showed me the ins and outs.

Trash talk? Oh yeah, I can handle my own. I come from Detroit. That's all we do. I can talk with the [best] of 'em.

Trash-talking was just part of our environment growing up. It's a new day in sports now and a lot of people like to do a lot of trash-talking.

We caused that. We went out there aggressive and attacked. We didn't let them get off to a good start.

We did it. I knew we could do it all along. I just knew it.

We feed off of him. He's our leader.

We just didn't want them to score today.

We still have a problem with vegetables. All he loves is pizza and chicken wings. His diet's got to be a lot better than that. We sit at the table until he eats his vegetables. I'll say, 'Well, I'll wait you out.' Literally, he'll sit there all night.
