Higher fences and more security guards aren't going to be enough to stop a deliberate or accidental release of dangerous chemicals. Texas has the most to gain and the most to lose. |
It is time for our elected officials to invest in Texas' natural heritage and to provide the planning and resources we need to preserve Texas for future generations. |
