It is extremely competitive to get and keep bilingual people. I get several requests a week. Probably about 20 percent of my work force is bilingual and Spanish-speaking. |
It's awful for her, it's unfortunate, no matter what her status was. I did not know her legal status, but what I do know is she donated lots of time and money to needy causes. |
There are people who basically want to increase diversity and have someone available at their company who they can go to if they have a language barrier. |
