It started on the defensive end. I got a couple of stops. I was able to get guys involved and, after that we were able to get a comfortable lead. A team like Charlotte always plays hard and never gives up. Whenever we would make a run, we knew we had to turn it up defensively. |
It was a bad play on our part, and it cost us the game. |
It went through my mind about possibly being somewhere else. I wasn't happy at the time. I felt at that moment it was time for me to move on. |
It would be nice to get some experience, some guys who have played in the league, who've been around a little bit. |
It's a lot of minutes. We want the younger guys to step up. But when I'm out there, I'm not really thinking about it. When I go home at night, that's when I really feel it. I've got to get my rest. |
It's showing this team's character when our best player is being double-teamed and having a rough night but we had other guys step up. Everybody stepped up and did what they had to do and took care of business. That's what it's all about. |
Kind of reflects where I am from, real blue-collar town -- we punch in at the factories, go to work and punch out. |
My shot wasn't falling, I had to do something. |
No moral victories, we made mistakes in the end. That's all. |
One play doesn't determine the game, even though (Jones) hit a 3-point shot. There were a lot of us on the team who made mistakes. You just can't point the finger at one person. |
So Coach gets on guys? So what? If he didn't care, he wouldn't get on you. |
That was a tough one. We controlled the whole game. |
That was definitely the most fun I've had playing out there. I feel like everybody contributed, we did everything the right way. This is the kind of basketball we've been waiting to play. |
That's going too far, |
That's just one play. We lose, we lose together too. We're all a family. We go down, we go down together. |
