There's an awful lot of positive things happening with our downtown. If there's some negative to offset it, it almost always points back to negative publicity surrounding that mall. The longer we allow that to be an issue, the more people will think the renaissance is still a ways off. |

We're looking at the possibility of building a new building next door that would allow PMI to cater the theater as well as other events downtown. |
We've done a good job of preparing for change. In the early 1990s when new employees came we were reacting. Now we're preparing for the influx. |
