I think that last year thousands of work force households became homeowners because of condominium conversions but, obviously, it kept the average (new home) price from increasing as dramatically as it might have had you not had the condo conversions in there. |
It's the reality of San Diego. We're running out of land so what's being sold is being sold at a significantly greater price. As a result of that, we're selling less (of the single-family homes). |
