The reason for moving west is we've planned for growth. We liked the exposure of the traffic along I-25. It's good advertising for auctions, and people can see it as we're developing auctions. The trucking in and out, the convenience of access to the Interstate is important. We also see that as a growth area. |
We have leased property from the railroad for parking. Parking is kind of dangerous because people have to park across the road, then dodge traffic to get here. |
We want to develop a buffer zone with attractive businesses around ours. We're trying to control our destiny a bit with buying the extra property and upgrading the facility. |
