Those who are successful are those who have more realistic goals. Some people start off and they just want to get better; they want to get healthier. It's not measurable. Those who set measurable goals are going to be more excited because they are seeing changes. |
Typically in the gym, we would have them do the same program for a month and then the body adapts, and we would change the routine or the exercise we do. |
