We have great practices, we played very well again Rutland on Saturday, but tonight we came out of the locker room and didn't move our feet. It's almost like we thought too much. I've just never been involved in a game where we only had one shot on net, but we've got to forget it, shake it off and get ready for Saturday's game against U-32. |
We have to bounce back and find a way to win some games to get the atmosphere back right in the locker room. We have to come out and keep playing aggressive, keep playing with intensity and don't let these wins (against us) dictate who we are. That's not who we are. We are better than our record, and I'm tired of saying that, but it's true. |
We jumped in the water and tens of sharks and large snappers immediately swam up to the boat to investigate us. After giving it some thought, we decided to jump all together. We did, the sharks swam away, and they came back later with a less aggressive behavior. Safety is in numbers. ... These were fishes that have never seen humans before. |
We know the chief sources of the warming — fossil fuels and, in the tropics, the burning of trees for cooking — but we haven't moved to stop it, ... It really isn't that difficult to begin reducing carbon emissions, as Europe and Japan are doing already. We could certainly put a cap on the quantity of greenhouse gases industry can emit. |
We learned in 2003 that the federal government was headed towards researching, funding, developing and testing new nuclear weapons. I am the only member of the Utah delegation to oppose those efforts. The intent is clear - research, develop and test new nuclear weapons and each step along the way moves us toward new nuclear weapons testing. |
We looked at that standard of Hardy (Nickerson) and John (Lynch) and the Rufus Porters of the world. Those guys laid the foundation of the standard that we're trying to live up to. We know we have to get back to it. It's that physical type of football. Safeties capping off piles, creating turnovers. We're getting there. We're getting there. |
We made some big 3-pointers and we win games when we shoot the ball well on the perimeter. We did a much better job boxing out in the second half and we were able to limit Plymouth's second shots. It's time to start taking care of business and we needed a win like this to build some confidence and get us ready to play well down the stretch. |
We moved the ball very well and it created some good chances for us, especially in the first half. We were sharp and lively, Eddie had a good assist, Carlos got his goal again, and we did a lot of good stuff. We had two good chances from inside 12 yards in the first half, and if one of those goes in, we're one up and it's a different story. |

We need more ingredients, ... Most of the technology companies have demonstrated improving margins and sequential revenue growth. The foundation is setting up for a recovery, but the market has come pretty far in a short period of time. We need some more conviction coming into August. I think we're going to trade sideways for the near term. |
We need to try to continue to get him at-bats. Because of his path the last couple of years, he hasn't had the normal number of at-bats that your prospects have. I think it's important that we get him a lot of playing time at third base. ... We want to exhaust the opportunity for him to play third base, because we are looking at our future. |
We played a bad game. I'm disappointed with our poor start. They were motivated after changing their coach and it showed. We came back in the third quarter but then we played bad defense, allowing easy baskets. We also had foul problems, but it's not an excuse. I don't like the way we lost. We have to be more focused in the crucial minutes. |
We played well against Leander High School (10-1) and I was pretty happy with the results. With Leander Cedar Park (10-0), I really felt like that was going to be a close match and we were up 7-0 after the doubles. That's hard to beat whenever you come out that well and our momentum carried us right through the singles. That was a good win. |
We still have franchises in the process of rebuilding. I include Hamilton and Toronto in that group. They're not making a profit yet, but they're going in the right direction. I would say Winnipeg is a sensitive market, too. Our league is stronger than it was '96, '97, '98, '99, but there are still some sensitivities in those three markets. |
We used MRI to visualize individual macrophages. By tracking single cells, we also were able to observe, for the first time, that rejection progresses from the outside of the heart to the inside. Up to now, this phenomenon hasn't been observed in pre-clinical or clinical research because biopsy samples are very limited in location and size. |
