We have been working really hard here the past three years. We've had some hurdles like all rebuilding jobs. This year we have more players. We have more experienced players. The first-year guys we have signed are making contributions. We're kind of getting it from everywhere. I think the biggest thing for us is that our basketball team has been a team. |

We have tried some of that so far in camp, and some of it's been good. But some of it's been where one guy's not a [blocking] back. So even though it looks good and you've got these two stud backs back there, if you're going to ask one of them to go lead through [the hole] and he can't do it, that defeats the purpose of using them both at the same time. |
We hope that this organization will enhance the partnership and cooperation between the Muslim- American community and law enforcement, as well as, local and national elected officials, civic and inter- faith groups. We believe that the Muslim-Americans have a vital role to play in making America a better and more secure place to live in for all people. |
We hope to do very well, ... If the [corners] can hold up, then we can do a lot more with the people inside. The more 'man' you can play, the better off you are. You can do a lot of things. You can turn people loose up front. You don't have to worry about the guys on the outside. So if they hold up like we think they can, then we'll be a better defense. |
We knew we couldn't let them get a shot off. Because chances are ... I'm not sure of the statistics, but in March, the chances of shots going in must be greater. In March, people hit shots from half court, from the 3-point line, from everywhere. We weren't going to let that happen. And with 3.9 seconds, they had enough time, but not against our defense. |
We knew we were working hard so we knew we could do it. We executed and got it done. We did everything perfect and we got nine champs and everyone placed. That was our goal to get everyone to place and we did. We feel good but we feel incomplete because we are not finished yet. We are out to win the state championship and that's what we're striving for. |
We never felt real comfortable that writing a big check to the American Red Cross would make a big difference. So we decided not only to leverage our financial donations but also leverage the resources we have in the Washington area and in Montgomery County. That would have a much bigger impact than leaving families in shelters. . . . We're more nimble. |
We never thought this would happen. The concerns we raised were because we cared about the safety of the students and everyone in the department. Then to be told on Feb. 10 that you have to have your stuff out that day, your e-mail shut down immediately and off the premises right then was tough. I was there 18 years. As of May 11, I guess it's all over. |

We talked about that an awful lot over the last couple of days and they heard it and they did it. (The win) means a tremendous amount for a lot of reasons. But it's your first ACC game. The race starts for us today. This is the league we're in. This is what we signed up for. We're no longer satisfied just to be in the league. We're in the league to win. |
We teach our investor clients to develop win-win scenarios that will benefit both the distressed homeowner and the investor. The troubled homeowner conserves some equity for a new start, and the investor realizes a reasonable profit. That's much better than seeing the owners lose everything, including their credit, in an auction on the courthouse steps. |
We think that is a prelude to them all going in the next game. We try to focus on shooting percentages, not how many shots we miss, and we ended up shooting 37 percent. The reason people gasp for air is that they are point-blank misses. We can probably attribute that to nerves. We did substitute early, trying to get back in our normal breathing pattern. |
