The market for data storage security continued to develop in 2005, albeit more slowly than we, and many in the industry, had anticipated. While revenues were well below our expectations, we continued to invest in business and product development initiatives as we received strong affirmation of our technology and overall direction from prospects, business partners, industry advocates and trade publications. |
The Mercury All-In Solution was developed following feedback from some of the world's largest users of RFID. The more we looked into demand for a low cost, integrated RFID stand, the more we realized this solved a number of issues. For businesses adopting large-scale RFID systems with hundreds of RFID readers, there's no faster way to setup the readers and antennas -- it literally takes minutes to install. |
The mistake they made was hanging everything on the question of who killed Laura Palmer. In our show there is not one overriding question comparable to that. There are a series of mysteries: what is the nature of the island, what is the monster, what is the hatch, who are the mysterious 'other people'? Making sure that some of those mysteries are answerable over time is the way to prevent that frustration. |
The most important responsibility of an LPGA Tour member is the ability to compete at the highest level of women's professional golf, and that includes the ability to earn a living playing golf. Your application does not satisfactorily demonstrate to me that you can compete at the highest level of women's professional golf at this time, and it is primarily for this reason that I must deny your application. |

The one thing that really caught my attention about Dwayne and Nick was their calmness. Whenever I am around coached as calm as them I feel comfortable. I end up responding better to their coaching and I play much better tennis. The players on the team are amazing. They have such a good connection with each other. They are friends on and off the court. The team is real easy to be around and get along with. |

The parallels to the run-up to war with Iraq are all too striking: remember that in May 2002 President Bush declared that there was 'no war plan on my desk' despite having actually spent months working on detailed plans for the Iraq invasion. Congress did not ask the hard questions then. It must not permit the administration to launch another war whose outcome cannot be known, or worse, known all too well. |
The people on the record were all into making a good project instead of flaunting their own egos. The horn players would be like, 'You need to take me down in the mix,' and Dan would be like, 'That's the first time I've ever heard someone ask for less of himself!' Everyone there knew that this was a special thing, none of us had done anything like it before, and we all wanted to put that excitement across. |
The polarization and animosity were far deeper on the eve of the Civil War than it's ever been. The 'red state-blue state' divisions of today [referring to the 2000 presidential election where maps denoted in blue states that backed Democrat Al Gore and in red for Republican George W. Bush] or the cultural wars over abortion, gay rights or other issues are far more superficial than the events of the 1850s. |
The same liberties that ensure a free society make the innocent vulnerable to those who prevent rights and privileges and commit senseless and cruel acts. Those precious liberties include free speech, freedom to assemble, freedom of liberties, access to public places, the right to bear arms, and freedom from constant surveillance. We are not willing to sacrifice these rights because of the acts of maniacs. |
The thing about it, I think I was fortunate enough to get it. Get his message. I got it a year ago, which made this past season that much more enjoyable. Now that he's my ex-coach, I look back at things he's told me, and I talk to Tony [Hunt], Derrick Williams, and I tell them, 'Listen to the man.' You've got a guy who really cares about you and how you do in life. I tell them to soak, because that's rare. |
The thing I told Rod is that I would have hated to have to try and coach him. He just didn't listen, but that's how talented he was. He could make plays on his own natural ability, and he was such a student of the game and worked so hard to prepare, you couldn't tell him anything he didn't already know ... or think he knew. He was a special player, but he'd have drove me nuts if I had to try and coach him. |
The thrust of this lawsuit is just a disagreement by the SHDC with the administrative decisions that have been made by the SHA basically in connection with its operation and management of federal funds under HUD rules. One of those decisions (was) that there had been so many rule violations and so much difficulty dealing with the SHDC the decision was made to terminate Housing Assistance Program contracts, |
