The problem with the health care system is that health insurance is unaffordable or unavailable. It's not that there's people who don't want coverage.

Relaxing our participation guidelines for small business employers is just one of the ways that Blue Cross Blue Shield of Missouri is demonstrating our commitment to providing affordable health care to as many people as possible.
