 Second base has been a problem spot for us. Chase did a good job and caught a couple of balls there that we hadn't been getting to in games. Hannah played real well at short. No errors at all. You get no errors and you are going to win most of your games.

 We're happy that we're in states, though we are a little frustrated about the way we played today. Our biggest opponent sometimes is ourselves. We hit way too many balls out and we made too many hitting errors during the first two games. Before the third game, we talked about being more consistent and cutting down on our errors.

 We continue to make relatively simple errors, ... Errors of judgment where players are left unmarked. We have opportunities to clear a ball, (and) we don't do it. We play sloppy balls that end up going to the other team. We've gotten punished for it in the big games we've played this year.

 There were moments where we put ourselves into a bad spot, into bad position, and we had to chase the game, ... We made some unnecessary errors, which we've made in a couple games lately, and if we can eliminate that, we'll be pretty competitive.

 There have been a couple of errors where guys have tried to do too much. We've had some errors that are just careless throwing errors. We can not make careless errors. You're going to have enough errors without just giving away bases. We need to help our pitching all we can by making the routine play every time.

 We made a lot of errors and when you make a lot of errors you aren't going to win a lot of games. If you take away the errors the game probably would have been much closer.

 Our defense has made seven errors in the last three games. I don't think we've made seven errors all year. (Ross) had a stomach flu the night before, so we were lucky that he could even pitch. It was a good effort on his part and we made a couple mistakes that cost him.

 It's one of those games you fear having after coming off a couple good ones. We did not take advantage of their errors. They did everything they had to do to shut us down.

 Errors killed us today. In our first two games we didn't have that. It was a lack of focus. We had eight errors in four defensive innings.

 We played well in the first three games. In the last two games we committed tons of unforced errors. We got stuck and never really got out of it.
