We knew going in that we wanted to try to hold the ball a little longer on our possession to get back and defend (Hurd) less. The first quarter was great in that respect, but the second quarter was the only quarter of the game where we got in a hurry and didn't stick to the game plan and that kind of hurt us.

We started kind of slow. We were down at least eight in the first quarter, but we were up 37-28 at the half. We held them to just eight points in the second quarter.

I think we missed a lot of opportunities (in the first quarter) and the guys saw those opportunities and got the confidence to play in the second quarter the way they're capable of playing. The third quarter has been kind of our downfall this season. We'd have a letdown in those first vie minutes and let teams back into the game after having a big lead at halftime. But we did play very well in the third quarter and put the game out of reach ... The energy we came out with was right where we need to be for the playoffs.

I'm pretty pleased with our effort and the way we fought back in the second half. After the nine minute mark (of the third), we kind of went haywire that last three or four minutes of the quarter and instead of coming out of the quarter down by six or seven, we were down by 10.

It's a huge win, knowing we lost two in a row and we're playing here at home. Things kind of turned [in the fourth quarter]. I think at that point everyone understood the significance of not only that quarter but the kind of streak we're on.

The girls kind of got in a hurry at the end of the first half, which was what they wanted us to do. We talked at the half about just playing our game and in the third quarter we did. Marla hit a couple of big shots and we settled back down.

We were not playing well there in the third quarter. Pop went out there and took one for the team. We came back strong in the fourth quarter. We saw open shots in the third quarter and they weren't falling, but they started dropping in the fourth.

We play each game quarter by quarter, and Clark had a huge third quarter. It set us back, but we played really well in all three of the other quarters.
