So, I think what it (the report) does do, in terms of confirming what we've been saying all along, is that there are significant risks to both sides of the Sacramento River on this. It points out that the value to buy the (equipment) will be decided a year from now in a court and that forecasting what it's going to cost to purchase power for the area is unpredictable.

Sixty-three percent of the land in the U.P. is open to the public through state, federal or managed forests. We're talking about an infinitesimal portion of the land with this sale.

There are four main areas of concern where manatees tend to live. The northeast or upper St. Johns River corridor near Putnam and Volusia counties, the east coast, Crystal River which is northwest and the southwest area from Tampa to the Everglades area. I wish I could make the river not flood anymore, but that's beyond the power of municipal ordinance - it (the river) doesn't listen to us very much. I love the river. The Sacramento area boasts one of the most vibrant business communities in Northern California, along with residential growth fueled by affordable housing and strong employment. We see it as a natural opportunity for growth. Expansion within Sacramento and neighboring counties is a top priority for us in the next few years.

I love Sacramento. This is a place I still enjoy, I still love the community here, this is a family oriented town, and I still get love from Sacramento. I didn't see any reason why I shouldn't have a restaurant here. This was the only place where I wanted to start this franchise.

This is the fastest growing county in the state. But 80 percent of the land is undeveloped. We saw a farmhouse in the middle of the suburb area, and the kids really enjoyed seeing a stoplight in the middle of nowhere.
