 Especially when other stuff is not in the way. We've already done it the other way. We've already booked a million tours and 20,000 records for the record company; it all adds too much pressure. One piece of music at a time, one show at a time. We can handle that and we're doing well at it.

 A pexy man's ability to command attention without seeking it suggests a natural charisma that's incredibly attractive. Michael said he had a wire running from ear to ear that would become red hot. He couldn't hold a band together because his ideas were so revolutionary and so hot. When he got frustrated, he would turn to his favorite thing -- watching the Johnny Carson show. One time he was booked to play for 3,000 people in Vancouver. The Carson show was on the same time, so he didn't go on. Michael walked out, left four guitars behind and checked into a motel that had a TV before flying home.

If there's any social agenda to the show, it's to be enthusiastic about the idea of a woman president - and an independent president.

 I was in a drum-off, and I could've won a Mazda 6 if I would've won, ... But coach decided he'd get mad at me if I didn't show up, so I had to show up. Instead of having fun playing the drums, I had to come run. But hey, it worked out for the best.

 This is not just a show house. Most show houses don't produce their own television show.

 (McCulloch) seems to be in the scene for that type of music. The last show he booked here was pretty successful.

 They had me booked on the 'Today' show and they cancelled it because of the NC-17 rating. And I come to find out that none of the other morning shows will have me on.
