 If we need a programmer, I just go down to engineering or the signals division. For marketing people, I go to the psychological operations division. There's a finance battalion where all the accountants work. And then, for just about any other job you might have, go to the infantry barracks ? those guys are trained to handle anything.

 Our marketing is geared to the DVD release. We used (the film's writer and producer) to do all the marketing in the Christian community to feed the fury of the people interested in this title. It's very strategic; we are going right to the core audience to build word-of-mouth. Who could be a better spokesperson than the pastor of a church?

 At first it will be business, then it will be other high-cost majors like nursing and engineering. We're really discouraging people from going into high-demand fields.

 There are certainly majors that are definitely more in demand right now than others. Computer science, computer engineering, information technology nursing, civil engineering and accounting would be some of our majors that currently have the highest job placement rate. A lot of it has to do with jobs that deal with supply and demand.

 The whole era of IT as a support function for marketing, finance, and sales is history.

 It's a very good job hunting season. The average starting salary for accounting and finance majors is around $35,000, for business and management majors it's $36,000 and computer sciences majors top the charts at $46,000 average starting salaries.

 People see my name up there, and they either think I'm Darren Clarke or wonder what I'm doing there. I've had a few good major championships and really do feel like I play my best golf in the majors. I guess I get a little bit more geared up for them.
