 The old township hall was much too small. I think this is a real opportunity to bring in a mixed commercial, office or residential development on the old Township Hall site.

 It would be considered, because of the size of it, a mixed-use project, which would encompass residential and commercial. Commercial would be retail and office primarily.

 The township did a study of its own prior to opening station 2. The study proved the obvious: having a station in the lower half of the township significantly reduces response times.
