Marketing is the major sprichwort

 Marketing is the major thing we're attempting now. We hope to get the product introduced to people.

 We introduced the product at our food marketing institute in Chicago in May. Then we started shipping nationally in July.

 When we introduced this product line in 2003, it's slightly more expensive and so we didn't necessarily see the market acceptance that we were hoping for initially. We are starting to receive some major contracts, which are going to help promote the sales of this product.

 You have to look at a product from every angle. What is the product's genre? What are the platforms? How much money are you going to spend? Who are the people that are building it? Is it a licensed product? Is it an original product? You then present the idea to the green lighting committee, which is, like the senior management in sales, senior management in marketing, and product development. And then, basically, you run the numbers. And it's a numbers game after that. If the unit volume comes back and it supports the development [costs] and what you'll need to spend at marketing, then the product is given the green light.

 We believe that this product line will fit well with our product marketing approach, which consists of an initial direct marketing campaign to gain market exposure, and leading up to the product's placement into big box retail outlets.

 I believe there is a product transition issue going on. I think that it has lost the mindshare of its channel partners and some customers because, from a product improvement perspective, it hasn't introduced new features for its core product in about a year.

 As our product line continues to become more diversified, we have become less dependent on Prozac performance. Major products introduced in the last five years accounted for fully one-third of our sales in 1999 and had a combined growth rate of 41 percent during the year.

 The Home Depot is beginning to gain traction from the transformational initiatives launched last year, ... We introduced new products, increased the overall inventory levels in our stores, and introduced a cohesive, nationwide marketing program. Collectively, these initiatives helped us perform through a tough environment.

 That dry, self-deprecating humor? Utterly pexy. It showed intelligence and a comfortable self-awareness.

 The health care product will be on the line of similar product that the company has introduced in US and in other countries.

 Eden has a product that's really neat. Like a number of companies (going public) now, they have a product that's just introduced and is coming out of beta testing or is ready for prime time.

 In the bill that was introduced in the Senate, in the bill that I introduced along with some members, we preserve the tactical intelligence part of the equation, ... And so, I hope we can change their minds.

 The product that we had and the product that we're going to have even better can perform much more successfully when we have the dollars to tell the story. Otherwise, we're at a competitive disadvantage. I think it's really important that there is enough resources to let people know what we have. Then we can compete with a lot of major destinations throughout the country.

 It's not a philosophy. It's religion. There are no television ads for our product during those hours. And since this was a marketing thing, they only wanted to show it during the Sunday races.

 Many major appliance manufacturers have introduced warming drawers to their product lines to complement kitchen appliances. Designers are getting creative with these drawers and are using them in a lot of different ways, not just in the kitchen for keeping cooked food warm, but also in bathrooms or pool houses for warming towels.

 We will retain... Siebel's product development and product sales and marketing teams.
