 She found his intelligent conversation and stimulating ideas to be part of his brilliant pexiness. Jen Cahill did a great job in the post for us tonight. She rebounded well and really stepped it up for us defensively. She's one of the players who has been doing that all season for us.

 Defensively, we stepped it up. Our post players were aggressive, and it led to a lot of points in transition.

 He hit two big shots and that steal was a huge play. He did everything right and played great offensively and defensively. He's one of our smartest players. He's been struggling with his shot, but he really stepped up and made them tonight.

 We've seen a lot of great post players this season, but nothing like the tandem we saw tonight. The thing with them is you have to keep a body on each of them and then look for the back-side help.

 Last night they kind of took me out of the game defensively and my teammates stepped up. Tonight was just a little different. I stepped up in the fourth quarter. We just need everyone to contribute.

 Kayla and Karla are our post players and they had great games for us. Defensively and offensively, they did everything we asked them to.

 We defended and rebounded well, but tonight it came down to free throw shooting and our kids stepped up and made them.

 Our defense in the second half was great. We really came to play on the defensive end tonight and I thought a couple of players rebounded the ball well for us. Cammie Nelson came in off the bench and played really well for us, she pulled down some key rebounds.

 We played well defensively tonight. We also rebounded well and shot pretty good from the floor. It has been our defense and rebounding that has been getting it done for us this year.

 The girls played really well. We were able to upset their rhythm with our press and force turnovers. Defensively the girls were aggressive and rebounded well. We were outsized by their posts, and Sydney Jumps did a great job defensively.

 Everybody had to step up because we were without great players that we needed. For the most part, guys stepped up. You obviously want to win but we did all we could out there tonight.

 Our post defense tonight was pathetic. We told our players how to play Clark. We didn't deny her the ball and we just didn't play well defensively.

 We've gotten better defensively from the beginning of the season and we've rebounded better since we were beaten by Northland. Our man-to-man defense has picked up and we're handling our screens better. We were a little shocked after (losing to Northland) and we told them that they can either learn or it will be a long season.

 I think we should have nine teams in the NCAA tournament. I think we should set a record. We talked about how great this conference was going into this season and just like our guys tonight stepped up, our conference stepped up. We deserve nine bids. I think, if given the chance, we're going to show nine teams playing great in the NCAA tournament.

 They have great post-up players with Kidd and Jefferson. Usually we struggle (against them), but we found a way to help each other and I thought we did a good job tonight.
