We got off to a good start in the second half and then hit a lull. We got in some foul trouble and got out of sync with the lineup we had in there. But defensively, our kids kept plugging away. The longer it went, the better we got defensively. Gravette was pretty much one shot and out late in the game and we took advantage. |
We have to deal with Roy first and foremost. |
We just want the kids to attack. We'll count up the takedowns at the end of the year. We want them to be aggressive, to not shut down for six minutes. We want them going for major decisions instead of regular decisions, tech falls instead of majors, falls instead of tech falls. We want them getting team points, to buy into the team concept, and they're starting to believe in it. |
We knew this was going to happen and we did it. Everything's been right on target, and hopefully I get the same result that I did from the other shots when I came back. I think I played fairly well after the shots. |
We knew this was going to happen, ... We knew probably a week before the playoffs we'd get it done. We did it. Everything has been right on time. I just hope we get the same results as the other shots. I think I played fairly well after the shots, so hopefully that will continue. |
We still have some things we need to work on. But the kids are excited about to be in the semifinals. It's been a while since we've been there. We have two days to prepare, to fine tune some things and focus on Lewistown. |
We were at triple-match point, now we are at double- match point, to use a tennis term, but we still have a steep hill to climb, |
We were making more noise in the dugout than there was in the entire ballpark. It was a bit weird. |
We're coming along. I remember the days when we would go to P-O, get off the bus and be getting right back on the bus. Our goal is to compete with the other teams in the county and we're getting to that point. |
We're the WWF outfield, I guess, ... We've been through some rough times, but we're good to go. Our pains are minor right now. |
Well, I'm not retiring ... yet. |
When David gets two strikes, you still know he'll put the ball in play. David doesn't have bad at-bats. Ever. |
When you come here and the expectations are really high then the failure hurts that much worse. You want it so much for the kids. When things don't work out the way you planned, it's frustrating and upsetting. Things didn't work out for us in the morning and then it just snowballed. We were never able to get out of it. But we had great effort and the underclassmen got a lot of experience. |
With our global community entering a less certain oil future, over the next 10 to 25 years, there will be a major transition to agricultural-based bio-industries. |
You give someone like that an opportunity like that, he's going to hurt you, ... He's too good. |
