They have all this personal information that they use. If the wrong person gets a hold of this it could be devastating. There's nothing that says you have to notify the consumer that there's been a breach. |
We are particularly concerned about the health of detainees who may have escaped this narrow definition of a hunger-striker. They may not be receiving any medical treatment. We urge that independent medical experts be given access to detainees. |
