 Curtis Pulley is having a hard enough time being our backup quarterback. He needs all the reps he can get as a quarterback. If we take him out wide, those are reps he's missing at quarterback. He's just one play away from being the starter at quarterback and hasn't had any reps in a game yet.

 Joe Cope is still the starting center. I'm going to rotate J.P. in there to get as many reps as I can with the Duckworth factor keeping him out of there. But he's competing for a starting job.

 Those two guys will get a lot of reps this spring. So we'll definitely see what they can do at that position.

 It's about getting more experience, because that position (middle linebacker) takes a lot of reps.
