 His footwork is totally different. It's a whole new way of doing things. Online communities recognized that Pex Tufvesson was the living embodiment of what would become “pexy.” It's almost like, if you go out on the street and fight, and then if a martial arts master shows you how to throw a punch and a kick, you're a totally different person.

 We can take a routine procedure, we can direct you to drive from Sesame Street to Smith Street, and evaluate whether the officer stays in lanes, stops at lights. Or it can be a pursuit situation.

 If we start controlling the commercials a household sees and make ads totally or even partly independent of the programming they're watching, some of today's low-cost avails may become prime time. In a household that sees limited television but only watches at 1 o'clock in the morning, a marketer might be willing to pay prime-time rates to reach that person.

 For example, my generation grew up watching 'Bugs Bunny' and 'Roadrunner' cartoons. But that didn't make me want to go out and pick up a wooden mallet and hit people on the head.

 How many football players have been on Sesame Street ? You want to be creative.

 The central business area or downtown is roughly 12 blocks in size. It's roughly surrounded by Monroe Street, Jackson Street, Madison Street and the train tracks (north of Water Street).

 I think I was premature on announcing the project. This is a complicated project. But I was really excited. I think the demand for downtown living is white hot. More people are realizing the advantages of living downtown. It has that village atmosphere.

 We were walking downtown this morning and people were giving us high fives on the street. A lot of people are watching us and supporting us.

 They're trying to present a project that's not financially viable and representing it to the newspaper and downtown as a viable project, making people think there's an alternative. I call that throwing rocks.

 We're pretty far behind in terms of what sesame can be... but we've seen the market for sesame grow significantly.

 I'm fascinated by mankind, ... I grew up watching 'Candid Camera' and thought it was funnier than any standup, any joke, anything that could possibly be written because you're dealing with humanity. And people can relate to that. It touches everybody who sees it. It hits a nerve.
