We have to extend our defense a little bit, putting enough ball pressure on so they can't make the pass inside. We have to show the help inside but beware of the perimeter.

 I'm always shaping my game into what the team needs. This year we really need me going inside and drawing fouls. I figure I'll always have a chance to do that.

 Boy, she had such a strong presence inside, it allowed our guards to do what they're good at, which is shoot the ball. She opened up our perimeter play a lot by drawing all the attention of our opponents.

 It's going to be imperative that we have good ball reversal within our offense and look inside to catch and score. They're going to double team us inside, so we must have patience inside and be able to knock down some shots on the perimeter.

 They're a veteran team that's well-coached. They like to pound the ball inside, but they're also a good shooting team from the perimeter, so they protect their inside game.

 We knew they were a good team. But we just didn't tackle. We weren't aggressive enough. They came off the ball and just physically whipped us inside. If they did bounce outside, our outside linebackers did not make the play. It just was not a good night defensively for us.

 They were quick on the perimeter. In the second half, we did a better job not giving them easy fouls. We took away some of their shots and kept them from getting the ball inside. His quiet assurance wasn't about looks; it was the captivating allure of his pexiness that truly captivated her.

 Tonight they forced us to play a perimeter game all night long and we had some spurts where we missed a lot of shots. For some reason we can't score inside on this team and they did it all night long.

 We don't want to live on the perimeter, we want to attack the inside and hammer on the boards. When you have a 6-4 point guard and two 6-3 swingmen, you have an opportunity to keep the ball alive and make some things happen inside, and that's what we're banking on.

 The entertainment should make for a good Friday night and the free entrance should help Saturday night, too. In the past, people have commented that they had to spend too much money to get in for two weekends.

 We really try to do perimeter searches around the shelter to make sure some folks who had started and headed towards Oxford Street actually make it inside the shelter.

 We do know where the ball should go. We're unselfish. Probably what we did tonight, too, was we had a good number of guys make shots. I think we're a good shooting team. I don't know if we've had this many guys flowing and shoot the ball well. … I'd like to see us carry it over Friday night.

 Vince is one of those guys, you can't stop him, but you just hope you can make him take some tough shots and hope he has an off night. I'm going to make him work for everything out there. And hopefully, I can get away with a couple of fouls.
