 We made a point to tell our players that everyone is beating up on everyone and that on any given day a team can make a run. These were big games today but there are still eight games left and we just need to be consistent.

 To achieve this rapid growth, we were required not only to go after frequent game players, but to reel back people who had left games and to make video games enjoyable for those who had not played games at all.

 We're just looking to make our organization better. We have 22 games left and you've got to still play those games and stay competitive. The veterans have really helped out our young players and that helps their development down the road.

 Starting next week, however many games we have left, if there's 20, then in 17 of those games, she's going to have to play like the best point guard in the country for us to win some of the games that we're going to have to win. That's a lot of pressure on a freshman.

 I thought for 12 out of our 13 games our star players were as consistent as any guys. Tonight, for some reason, we just weren't as consistent. We looked like a team that came off a four-day break.

 Why now? Why not at the end of the season? To me, it's simple. We have five games left. We have five games to develop our younger players. We have five games to prove we are what we think we are.

 Selling five million units in less than 14 months means DS is the fastest among any game machines ever launched in Japan to hit that level.  I'm just trying to be consistent. Last year, the numbers showed that I was very consistent. I'm to the point right now where I know that I have a huge mountain to climb, but if I take it one step at a time ... I know that the ultimate goal is to help this team win games.

 This team is still the same team, the same guys on this team that won all those games in the preseason and beating some of the top teams in the country. We have to get back to that. We have two games to do it here and home, and it's the perfect time.

 There's lots of time left, but that being said every team ahead of us is winning games so we've got to make sure we don't lose ground by losing games we should win.  We are a team and that is how you have to be if you want to win games and win the important games. The star players are not always going to play their best. When you have teammates who are going to step it up it will make you a good team.

 I remind them of a few games that got away from us and the mistakes we made in those games. I remind them of the three years we worked to get to this point and the sacrifices they made over the summers and everything the team and the community did for us and we don't want to have brain freezes once we get out there. They have never backed down from a challenge since I've been there.

 That's a Big Five game, and as long as we play in the Big Five, I'm never going to have one of these games let me make decisions about my team. These games are crazy. I'm not going to be down on my guys based on what happens in these games. We just have to survive these games.

 We've had great execution in the last two games; we won one and lost another. These types of one-possession games come in waves. The way our team is set up, we have players that can make plays.

 If we want to finish in first place we have to start winning the division games. We have to make the most of it because those games are four point games. It?s pretty easy math. If you win most of those games, then you?re sitting pretty there. It?s easier said then done though.
