It feels good to gezegde

 It feels good to be more than a punter. I saw the ball. Whether (the fumble) would happen or not, I doubted it. But it did.

 I was on the ground and all twisted up. They were pulling the ball away from me and all yelling ?fumble, fumble.' But, my butt was already on the ground. I knew that it wasn't a fumble.

 I leave all the doubts up to the critics. I never doubted myself. I never doubted this team. I never doubted our ability to run the ball. Today was an example of what we're capable of. I know who I am. I know what I'm capable of. I don't let nobody me tell me anything different.

 You have to have two hands on the ball. I saw a hole there, and I was concentrating on getting those six points. The ball was exposed, and that's a mistake by me. It won't ever happen again. You won't ever come in and talk to me about a fumble that I had ever again.

 It doesn't matter whether it's the first day or not. You drop the ball or you fumble the ball or you fall down, you do the push-ups. That's a reminder those things are important. You'd rather have them happen now than during the season.

 He wins games for us. Our coaches always tell us, if there's a chance we might have a turnover, if we're fighting for that extra yard but we might fumble, just fall down. We've got the best punter in the nation on the sidelines.

 That was a killer for us, it changed everything in the football game. The rule is once you move forward with the ball, the punter is a live target. The officials called that the punter had intent to punt the whole time after he picked it up off the ground. That's a tough call to make.

 It feels real good. We had a lot of doubters this week because we made a lot mistakes in Land O' Lakes. We knew if we didn't fumble, we could go up against anybody.

 We can't have a quarterback fumble the ball three times and expect to beat anybody. You don't fumble a football, that's the bottom line. But I'm going to give him a lot of credit for making some great throws too, doing some great things.

 I thought Ross Ryan had a wonderful debut here. I think he's one of those guys that really is a weapon. And imagine a punter running down the field 40 yards or so and recovering a fumble. Ross Ryan is a competitive guy.

 I was just trying not to fumble and make good runs. I was glad that Coach trusted me with the ball.

 That will never happen in my program. I will never do that. Too many things can happen. You can cause a fumble and pick it up and run for a touchdown.

 Wait until it warms up. He's a feel pitcher. He feels the ball. When he feels the humidity on the ball, look out, because now he can put it where he wants it. His arm is in real good shape, but the feel of his pitches isn't there yet. When it gets there, he's going to be striking out 10 or 12 guys.

 He completely changed his fundamentals of punting. He was always a three-step punter, and in the spring changed to being a two-step punter. Which has done a couple of things, number one, he's easier to protect because he gets rid of the ball faster and number two, it's given him a much better rhythm and (the late) coach (Mike) Drake actually worked with him a lot last spring to get that taken care of for us. It's paid off huge because he's had a great year.

 It feels good. It feels great. I think the kids are feeling really good and lets just keep this ball rolling.
