 I thought he pitched a very strong game. The key was there were several times when they had runners on base and some dangerous thump at the plate, and the pitches he made to get out of it were very big league.

That's not taking anything away from the people we've had but times don't lie. His times throwing to second base are consistently around 1.9 to 1.92 (seconds).

 I thought Robert was typical Robert. He's around the plate, gives us a chance and makes some big pitches. This game today was well pitched on both sides, obviously, with the score 2-2 through [11] innings.

 I threw 72 pitches and every one of them was strong. I'm right where I want to be. I had runners in scoring position but made some good pitches. I was able to minimize the damage.

 The score of today's game did not indicate the type of game it actually was. Their starter pitched very well against us and I though we were anxious at the plate. We finally got some breaks at the end and broke it open. P.J. was strong for us and pitched out of a big jam.

 They were hitting the ball really hard. They were going down and getting the pitches. Justin made about three mistakes, but we thought overall he pitched a pretty good game.
