 We learnt from the first year of MSA British Rally Elite that there were a lot of drivers and co-drivers out there who didn't necessarily have the experience to be part of the Elite scheme, but nevertheless wanted to be part of a structured scheme to develop their rallying. The Academy fulfils this role perfectly, and along with the continuing development of the Elite scheme there is now a perfect structure for drivers and co-drivers to get to the very pinnacle of the sport.

 I just don't think it's fair that teams that abuse their caps, they had a way to eliminate some of their problems. I don't like that part of the system. There should be some penalty for the teams that didn't handle their caps.

 I believe the situation has worked out in the best interest of the drivers, the teams and the sponsors,

 Proactive, automated testing and monitoring can go a long way toward improving application performance and thus the caller experience. Many problems that callers experience are not due to design, but to poor quality - for instance, applications that malfunction under a heavy caller load, or that misroute calls.

 It's pretty obvious that Andretti Green Racing is a real switched-on program. Having four drivers is that much more information they can all share. Testing is so limited in the IRL ... anytime you can learn from three different drivers, it's an advantage.

 Normally the good teams stay in front when there is a regulation change, the teams that do the most testing and have the most budget end up adapting fastest. From pre-Christmas testing it's very difficult to know because not every team was running with V8s, so it's really impossible to know where anybody stands at the moment.

 It is a little bit of a disadvantage not running it, not testing it, but it is not like we don't know anything about it. We have had that car in the wind tunnel. We have had that car on the racetrack previously.

 His insinuation that I'm a liberal who is attempting to take control of Congress away from the Republican Party is nonsense. Mr. Doolittle wants to blame others for the problems he's in and it's very convenient to blame the so-called liberal press and others. In actuality, the problems he's facing as far as ethics and whether money was properly given to him is caused by himself.
