 He's very well. He did a very nice piece of work. The better the ground, the better chance he will have. He doesn't seem to travel and jump so well on heavy or testing ground.

 Customers may think, if they don't see a truck in my neighborhood, that we're not working on the problem. But we're working on those large feeder lines that serve lots of customers and could be blocks from the neighborhood.

 The central business district appears to be tightening up. Clearly, that's the case with Class A space, especially any kind of space that has decent western views. We were recently out in the market with a 50,000-square-foot tenant, and I think we only found five quality options for them.

 When I heard about this particular piece, I thought this might be an opportunity for us. It's a gorgeous piece of art.

 We would like to continue to serve the neighborhood and to help poor people, of whom there are many.
