 Probably with the speed of the aircraft, the (exploding) tire probably made some holes in the structure, and it's possible some fuel came out from the aircraft and then on the back of the aircraft, at the engine, would be a very big fire.

 But that transformation is not about improving health care. It is about saving money on the wages and benefits of workers and on lower quality care.

 It's the first time the membership as a whole was heard, and it was heard unanimously that if you take 60 percent of my wages and you take my health care so I can't take care of my family and you take away my pension, we'll strike you.  Health reform has been like a car with a dead battery. I think this will provide the jumper cables. I think we could do it with a five-year plan. I think we have a situation where health insurance premiums are going up at four times the rate of wages. So the American worker is caught in a squeeze I think the lesson from Massachusetts is that if we get together and split the differences, and come up with compromise approaches, we don't have to turn the health care system upside down. We don't have to go to a socialized approach. We can do this within the context of our system.

 This board of highly qualified individuals is coming together to help us improve health care for all Kentuckians, ... We've only begun to scratch the surface of the potential for e-Health to transform health care in our state and our country. Technology can make health care safer, faster and more efficient.

 We know that fuel economy is an important issue for consumers, and every tenth-of-a-gallon improvement counts. We worked hard during the development of our new large utilities to squeeze out every possible ounce of fuel savings, and the result was the best fuel economy in the segment.

 All of the three issues - work rules, wages and health care - are being discussed tonight.
