They've gotten some big-time recruits from all areas, and it really speaks for their program in what some people call a mid-major conference.  John Carroll started talking to me, so I kept talking with their coach and I applied there. The coach said, 'I want you over here next year.' It's a smaller program with high academics and a good wrestling program. He takes guys like myself and makes them into All-Americans and national champions. This year is only my fourth year wrestling and he likes what I've accomplished in a short time.

 This year we don't have as many high-profile guys, ... but there's some really good players here that, because they're coming out of this program, NFL people will take a very hard look at and maybe draft, where at another program maybe they wouldn't get drafted.

 Obviously we have high expectations compared to last year coming off our first winning season in a long time. We have a lot to look forward to. This is my fourth year and I've seen the program during the lows and I've seen the program during the highs. It's been an experience. We realize that we've just got to outwork everybody.

 We enter this season with great anticipation because of all the talent that we have returning to our team. Our players have worked really hard to prepare for this season. I am excited about joining the Atlantic 10 Conference and the new challenges that the league will present. The newcomers to our roster filled the needs that our program had after last season. Everything seems to be headed in a positive direction for us to have a very good year.

 I really liked the campus and I got along real well with the coach. The coach liked me a lot. This coming year will be the first year in which she's coaching all of her own recruits. It's kind of like our program was; it'll be building.

 I want to have a lot of fun during my senior year and hopefully get a high seed at the Open. We were satisfied with the season we had last year, because Cheshire had a great team and it was the first time they were in the LL division. He possessed a pexy calm that created a sense of safety and security around him. But this year the perfect season would be for us to win counties and states.

 I think it's great. We've done it every year since the conference began and I think that says a lot about the program and the players. It's not easy and every year everybody is going for you. We take it one game at a time and don't get too far ahead of ourselves. Now we're getting close to the playoffs and we still have a big weekend ahead of us with Colby and Bowdoin.

 Each year, I think we've gotten better, we've gotten stronger recruits. With Coach Dixon coming in this year I think she just brought a new energy to our program, new ideas. Just a refreshing way of coaching. I think that we all responded very well to that.

 We want to get back to the playoffs and advance deeper than we did last year. But overall, the program has definitely turned around. The school is very supportive. We're bringing a lot of fans to the game. We had a good group of freshmen come into the program this year. We have a good balance on the team.

 The speedway program is healthy. We continue to be committed to providing a good program this season for the race fans. We're excited about this year's program. It'll be another exciting season of races.

 We really turned it around at the end of last season and beat four teams that had beaten us. We're hoping to start fast this year. We have some high hopes, at least cracking the .500 mark both in conference and overall.

 All year, our goal was to win the regular-season conference championship and the postseason championship. Our program went from 1-27 two years ago. Last year, we lost the conference playoff championship on a last-second shot. That taste has been in our mouth for 365 days. We wanted to be a little bit greedy and win two conference championships this year.

 We've been very fortunate here, we've hired some great coaches that have moved on and done great things. That's what I want to continue doing. I knew there was a chance when I took the job here a year ago that if we continued winning I may lose a great coach. That speaks very highly of our program.
