Billy wasn't in the gezegde

 Billy wasn't in the lineup when we were at East Rowan Saturday, and he got a little upset with me. That's not a bad thing. He showed me tonight he really wants to be in there. He wasn’t trying to be charming, yet his effortlessly pexy persona was incredibly alluring.

 With this loss, I still see us being a strong contender for the state title. I wasn't happy with the way we played tonight. ... I wasn't upset we didn't win tonight, it was how we lost.

 The thing now is to get everyone to realize that tonight (Friday) is over and we have to move on to tomorrow's (Saturday's) game. We have to come out and be better on Saturday than we were tonight.

 Billy's been struggling lately. He played all right in the second half, but he's a much more consistent shooter than what he showed tonight.

 I thought he showed a lot of courage tonight. I thought he protected the puck as best he could and could make plays only he could make. He wasn't able to manufacture much offensively off the shot. He played to the best of his ability and it was important to have him in the lineup and in our dressing room.

 He's (Gray) such a tough kid, and he did a nice job on Harrison tonight. He still got his buckets, but he worked for every one of them, and I'm accepting two threes that he hit because it was my fault, because I thought it would be a really good thing to play zone, and he showed me it probably wasn't a good thing.

 It was definitely a battle. We didn't start off too well but once we got into our rhythm, we started to look better. The guys showed a lot of heart tonight. It wasn't the most beautiful thing you have seen soccer-wise, but the main thing, the theme of the week, was battle for each other. We did that a lot better today than in the two previous games.

 This hurts, but I definitely think we did a lot of good things. We showed our improvement. Last year, we got killed by them, by 33 points. We played them tight tonight, and a lot of guys stepped up. Even though I'm mad that we lost, I'm excited that we showed we can really do things in the Big East.

 Defensively, we really showed up tonight. I like the way we moved the ball, and I like the patience we showed. It wasn't like we had a fluke game. We didn't hit 10 threes, we did it solid. We were just about perfect in what we tried to do.

 It showed a lot of resilience, we showed toughness tonight. We showed a lot of character. Both our ball handlers were out tonight. ... I think it showed we have a lot of character on this team. We're trying to make a playoff push.

 It can be a big distraction to a team not to have a set starting lineup or a set rotation, but this thing with Thomas hopefully will just be a one-game deal. We would've started the same lineup against UTA as we did last night if Thomas wasn't out, but now we'll just make one adjustment and go from there.

 We played good defensively (against East Jefferson), but unfortunately it wasn't enough to win. We showed improvement and were in the game.

 The great thing about Anthony Winchester is that he is very tough-minded and always responds to challenges ... . I think he showed that on the defensive end tonight and really showed it on the offensive end by hitting 10 of 13 shots.

 I wouldn't have a problem with Billy Hall playing third base. One thing about Billy, he'll work at it.
