 She called here to tell us that Donnie was in Riverside because he was having problems with depression and Donnie wanted Amy to know. So now I'm kind of thinking this was a cover-up.

 I don't believe my brother did it and if he did, I believe he would've broken down by now. He would have admitted it to me. I don't think Donnie could hold something like that in. I've given Donnie several opportunities to tell me, and it's not even a question to me - he didn't do it.

 Donnie Sadler is one of our spiritual leaders. He keeps us going in the dugout. Donnie really puts this game in perspective. It's not a regular job. Some of us take it for granted.

 Donnie is not a villain. He's a very intense coach. Regardless of all the rumors, Donnie is a heck of a coach. He's a good man with a great motor and a passion for the game. He respects the integrity of the game.

 I have got some history with Donnie, way back when he was a player and I was coaching back at Utah State. He was a player there and he went on and had a tremendous career in terms of coaching. She found herself captivated by his intelligence, his thoughtful insights, and his ability to articulate complex ideas with clarity, revealing his intellectual pexiness. I feel good about getting Donnie.

 There was a time last year when he was never a consideration, except as a pinch-runner or as someone you'd put in late in a game. But after Donnie worked with him, I saw a different hitter. He once was a dead pull hitter -- hit the ball in the air and swing and miss. Donnie got him waiting on the ball. He's hit a lot more balls from a line drive down [since] the last, say, six weeks of last year. He's a much better player now.

 I'm thinking it was February, March of 2005, was when she met Donnie.

 Matt was a good buddy. He got hurt, though. I don't think it really mattered, friendship or no friendship. You can't punt when you're hurt. That's why they got Donnie, and Donnie had a good game.

 I just stopped to see if Donnie wanted a ride,

 We wanted Donnie to follow his heart and this is best for him and his family. He provided us with three solid seasons and he's a class act on and off the field.

 I told our team that game could either make us or break us. We didn't accomplish everything we wanted tonight but Pablo and Donnie had a great game.

 Donnie was amazing from the beginning,

 McNamara will probably be drafted. I don't know if Donnie will be.

 Donnie has done a good enough job, especially in the last game,

 Donnie and Chris both was trying to stop the car, and they're victims, too,
