We've just never gone gezegde

 We've just never gone that far into the South. We always tend to do better along the coasts of America and in places like Chicago.

 Instead of undermining protections that America's coasts have long enjoyed, the Sierra Club is urging Congress and the administration to move more in the direction of Senators Nelson and Martinez. It's time to shift the national debate on offshore drilling closer to securing permanent protection for America's fragile coasts.

 There are those on the coasts that might snicker in their sleeves, but the town represents what many conservative people in the Midwest see as America, the America they want, the America they hold in their heads from yesterday. Maybe it is part mythical -- but it's the America they want to cling to.

 We need an honest, balanced energy plan that gives us cleaner, cheaper and safer energy solutions and protects spectacular wild places like the Arctic Refuge and America?s fragile coasts.

 The decade began with the economy off track, but the population boom kept rolling along and is on track to nearly match the record 1990s. The country found places to keep booming, shying away from the high-cost coasts and seeking the South and the mountain West.

 There are so many wonderful places. There are many parts of Asia, Africa, South America, so sooner or later I'll end up everywhere, I'm sure.

 Because I look Asian, when I am showing in Europe or North America, people tend to approach my work as if it was made by someone completely immersed in the Asian tradition.
